Terms & Conditions

  • The ponies have a weight restriction of 45lbs max for pony rides.

  • The cart rides can hold up to 1 adult and 1 child or up to 3 children.

  • We ask for all children who are going to be around the ponies, riding the ponies, and riding in the cart to wear closed toed shoes.

  • We give a safety brief to the children and parents once they come up to the ponies and ask the parents to help remind the kids in order to keep the children and ponies safe and happy.

  • We will not be able to attend if the weather is too rainy unless the host has a covered area.

  • We will need a space to park the horse trailer at the party site or close to. 

  • We charge $2 every mile that is farther than 6 miles from our farm. 

  • We ask for a deposit of $275 via cash or Venmo to officially ​book the day and time for your party.

  • Once we receive your deposit, we will send a confirmation via email or text.

Cancellation Policy 

  • If you cancel 2 weeks before your booked party you will receive 100% of your deposit back. 

  • If you cancel between 1and 2 week before your booked party you will receive 50% of your deposit back.

  • If you cancel 4 days or less before your booked party you will not receive any of your deposit back.

  • If we find that the weather is not favorable for ponies and people we will offer you to either reschedule for no charge or receive 75% of your deposit back. We can also try to figure something out if there is a covered area or a tent provided. ​
